ACASIA™ Infrastructure
ACASIA's single and seamless network is deployed via Cisco Switches as it is able to support our core and value added services.
Other ACASIA Products & Services, namely ACASIA™ Private Line and ACASIA™ ACASIA adds value to shareholders' present offering by providing a 'One-Stop-Shop' service for you thus you have the convenience of single end ordering, single end billing and single end fault reporting.

Network Centres
ACASIA strives to guarantee world-class customer support of your ACASIA network services through 'round-the-clock' operations of our network centres. The ACASIA network centres comprises the two Regional Network Operation Centre (RNOC) located in Kuala Lumpur and Bangkok as well as a host of in country Local Network Management Centres (LNMCs).
These centres are operated by a team of dedicated engineers and technicians who are accustomed to the language and norms of the locals thus ensuring swift responses to customer's requests or complaints by expediting our shareholders in-country and regional depth in providing world-class customer support.

ACASIA Regional Network Operation Centre (RNOC)
RNOC centrally monitors all of ACASIA's network services, regionally and globally, from a 'watchtower" perspective. Apart from routine operations, network support and maintenance, the RNOC centrally performs network capacity planning to ensure that the world-class performance of the network is maintained with the increase of customer circuits.

ACASIA Local Network Management Centres (LNMCs)
With the RNOC having a bird's eye view and control of the network, LNMCs ensures the end-to-end network quality by monitoring and supporting the in-country segment of all ACASIA network circuits.
In the unlikely event of a circuit problem, you can either contact the RNOC or your respective
in-country LNMC, who will co-ordinate everything for you. In other words, you do not have to chase both or multiple ends of the problem circuit as either the RNOC or LNMC (whichever preferred) will do the running around for you.
