Acasia and VNPT in managed network service pact.ACASIA, a joint-stock company established by six Asian major telecommunications companies which include Telekom Mlaysia has signed a service agreement with The Viet Nam Posts and Telecommunication Group (VNPT) to provide managed network services.

As a member of Acasia, VNPT itself will invest and deploy a service node in Vietnam in accordance with Acasia's commonly agreed technical standards. The VNPT's node will connect with other member's nodes to provide a seamless end-to-end service to customers.

Under the Acasia arrangement, VNPT and Acasia members will be able to offer customers the convenience of one-stop-shopping, allowing them to offer single-end ordering, billing and fault reporting to anywhere in Southern Asia.
