1. Single Business Proposal
Business customers can be provided with a single, consolidated information on ACASIA Products & Services from any one of ACASIA’s In-Country Offices, encompassing product and pricing information in designing a complete network solution.
2. Single End Ordering
Allows business customers to place completed orders for ACASIA Products & Services through any one of ACASIA’s In-Country Offices.
3. Single End Billing
Allows business customers to pay their bill at any one end with any local ASEAN currencies or other agreed major currency.
4. One Stop Fault Reporting
Regional Network Management Centre (RNOC)and multiple Local Network Management Centres (LNMCs) are responsible to monitor the fault reporting process, manage the backbone and in-country network. This allows customers to rely on ACASIA for ‘round-the-clock’ global network support.
